The system is completely modular consisting of several different components and individual pieces of equipment that can work in conjunction with each other or on their own allowing for the customer to build their system in stages or all at once.
EasyDoser ink dispensing system
The EasyDoser is an ink dispensing system for reproducing your PMS/HKS (spot) colours from 1.0 to 2.5 kg tins, including UV ink in plastic cans. It is a very easy way to make your own special colours in just a few minutes with no waste and no mess.
With the 2-way dispensing nozzle you can dispense exactly the quantity you need.
For high precision small doses (0.1 gram), a light press of the dosing lever will release a fine spurt of ink. A firm press will make large doses possible in a short period of time.
After dosing a new colour, you don’t have to reseal the lids of the primary colour; the cans are always sealed with a press plate that prevents air and dirt getting into the ink.
The EasyDoser is very easy to use and cleaning takes only a few seconds after producing your special colour. The carrousel has 14 positions for storage for primary colours, with optional 8 large quantity containers to be attached.
The EasyDoser operates through compressed air, and can be positioned on a special designed working table with a flexible plateau for the weighing scale.
EasyDoser 2x 4 pump extension
When mixing mixes at a high frequency or mixing larger mixes, the EasyDoser can be extended with rail systems for up to 4 EasyPumps for 25KG or 200kg large containers.
These pneumatic EasyPumps turn your EasyDoser into the central tapping station for process colours mixing station for pantone colours. It gives you a truly integrated “Ink Mix & Tap Lab.

MGE Vac-Tin
The Vac-Tin is an electrical device used to evacuate and re-seal 1.0 and 2.5 kilogram tins of mixed or purchased inks. The Vac-Tin seals the ink tin in an airtight manner to eliminate ink skinning and the ink remains fresh for longer.
This avoids ink wastage, and the printer keep mixed colors longer.
