Dampening Units for Sheet and Web Fed Presses
The Pressmate range of dampening and cooling systems is the latest generation of our equipment offering a wide selection of systems from a basic circulation tank with no cooling through to our 20kW pumpback units capable of servicing a large Multi-Tower Web Press installation.
Designed in conjunction with our customers, Pressmate units offer printers new levels of performance ensuring high quality print output whilst the modular design allows easy access for routine maintenance and servicing.
Dosing and Filtration Systems
The Pressmate range incorporates 3 different units for additive dosing with varying levels of automation from the simple auxillary tank pre-mix batch doser to the MX-2 automated continous flow unit. The range also offer 2 different Drop-in IPA alcohol dosers as well as our elite FX-1 Fount-Xtend filtration system to improve the consistancy of your fount solutions and prolong their usable life span.

The EasyDoser Ink Mix & Tap Lab will help you across your entire process of in—house spot colour
ink management. Whether you currently manually mix your spot colours or you buy ready—made mixes from you ink
supplier, you will benefit from using a professional EasyDoser Ink Lab. You will significantly improve
the efficiency, accuracy and consistency of your PMS ink colours. It will save you cost, time, waste
